We do not offer refunds. However, size exchanges are accepted within 4 working days of purchase, provided the item is in unworn, original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Exchange approval is subject to stock availability.
Clients are kindly advised that the cost of shipping items back to BLRZ for exchanges remains the responsibility of the customer.
